・寄居工場における工場インフラ設備の維持管理全般を担当
・工場設備の安定稼働に向けた保守・改善活動の推進
・設備投資計画の立案および実施
・工場施設に関する各種プロジェクトの企画・推進
・社内関連部門および外部ベンダーとの調整・管理 ・グローバルチームとの連携およびコミュニケーション

・工場設備管理における多様化・高度化への対応
・DX推進を含む業務改善および効率化の推進
・グローバルチームとの円滑なコミュニケーションの実現

必須の経験・スキル

・マネージャーやリーダーなど、ほかのメンバーをまとめた経験（管理職の経験は必須ではありません）
・一般設備設計または工事管理経験
・日本語スキル：母国語レベルでコミュニケーションができること
あると望ましい経験・スキル
・ゼネコンまたはMEP専門業者（サブコン）での5年以上のプロジェクト経験
・総合建設業、設備建設業、設計事務所経験
・建築設備士資格
・建設系資格
【英語使用頻度】
・読み書き：業務の20%
・会議での使用：業務の20%
