・TOEIC800点以上（ビジネス英文での読み書きが可能なレベル）
※海外拠点とのメール・資料作成・制度文書の読解等を想定
歓迎（WANT）
・人事企画部門におけるプロジェクトリード／マネジメント経験
・社内外の関係者と円滑に業務を進められるコミュニケーション力
・機密情報の取扱いや法令・社内ルールを遵守できる高いコンプライアンス意識
・グローバル人事領域における実務経験
