●ビジネスへの法的アドバイス－新商品企画時におけるアドバイス、法的リスク評価など
●外国籍投資信託の法定開示手続き
●ファンドガイドライン変更覚書作成
●契約関連業務全般－契約書や社内規程等の作成、レビュー、審査
●関係当局へ提出する各種文書の作成
●その他法律相談、訴訟、係争等の対応等の法務一般

Experience and Qualification
●法務業務経験５年以上（必須）
●金融機関での法務業務経験、資産運用会社、資産運用関連業務での経験があれば尚可
（特に投資信託や投資一任にかかる契約レビュー経験）
