気象観測機器、環境測定機器、再エネ向け測定機器に関する研究開発（応用研究/技術開発/設計/生産・製造技術開発） をお任せします。
【業務詳細】
・技術・製品開発のロードマップ作成（テーマ・実現時期の目標設定）
・メンバーのマネジメント（目標策定、進捗管理、人材育成）
・開発品のPM （プロジェクトマネージャ）
・製造部門や営業部門等への技術アドバイス
お客様対応（オンサイト評価、技術サポート、情報・ニーズの収集）
業界の情報収集（業界トレンドの把握）
・特許調査・出願（既存技術の調査と新規技術出願）
・EU現法（在オランダ） 開発拠点とのコミュニケーション
