【Job Responsibilities】
We are seeking an experienced Body Control Module (BCM) Senior Engineer / System Specialist to lead customer-facing technical support and system integration for BCM and body control systems.
The role covers BCMs, zonal controllers, and associated vehicle functions (doors, seats, lighting, roof, and comfort systems), acting as the primary bridge between the OEM's BCM engineering team and global engineering units.

＜Key Responsibilities＞

• Act as the primary technical interface between OEM BCM/body electronics teams and global engineering units
• Lead BCM system integration and vehicle-level troubleshooting
• Define and review system requirements, interfaces, body function architecture, and BCM ECU integration
• Troubleshoot CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and UDS diagnostic communications
• Coordinate root-cause analysis, software releases, configuration management, and change requests with global teams
• Lead vehicle testing, validation, and support the transition from conventional BCM to zonal/centralized architectures
• Participate in OEM design reviews, manage technical issues, and prepare specifications and reports in required languages

【Required Skills】

• Strong experience in automotive Body Control Module (BCM) systems and software design
• Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and AUTOSAR architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, and UDS/diagnostics protocols
• In-depth knowledge of BCM ECU integration, vehicle troubleshooting, and body electronics architecture
• Understanding of Automotive Ethernet communication
• Language: Business/Native-level local language (N2 and above) and Business-level English

【Good to Have】

• Prior experience working directly with automotive OEM BCM engineering teams
• Familiarity with next-generation zonal controller architectures and domain consolidation
