JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead quality assurance activities for surface treatment, precision cleaning, contamination control, and manufacturing quality processes.

• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards, while maintaining quality documentation and control plans.

• Manage internal and customer audits, conduct gap assessments, and drive corrective and preventive actions to achieve audit readiness and compliance objectives.

• Establish and monitor quality standards for surface treatment processes, including coating inspections, process capability analysis, and statistical process control.

• Develop and maintain contamination control programs and verify cleanliness requirements through various testing and inspection methods.

• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve quality performance, resolve issues, and enhance manufacturing processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using proven quality methodologies and data-driven decision making to achieve operational excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage.

• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering role, exposure in Semiconductor, Surface Treatment or Cleanroom industries would be added advantage.

• Experience supporting customer audits and compliance requirements in demanding manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D, CAPA, GR&R, and root cause analysis.

• Capable in handling Customer Audit and ISO 9001 Implementation, Lead Auditor certification would be a plus.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
