Control daily production to meet the production plan, quality, and safety requirements.
Supervise operators and ensure they follow work standards and company rules.
Improve production processes, workflow, and production line layout.
Improve productivity by reducing waste, downtime, and defects.
Analyze production problems, find root causes, and take corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain SOP, WI, Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan, and support continuous improvement activities
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
At least 3 years of manufacturing experience and 1 year at Supervisor level.
Good knowledge of production processes, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or related standards.
Good leadership and supervisory skills with English communication skills.
