Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in End User Computing Domain and Technologies including Application packaging, Application Virtualization (AppV), Application Compatibility Testing/Remediation and Application Deployment
Package/Deploy applications and software updates utilizing tools such as Flexera Admin Studio, MSIX, MSIX App Attach, Install Shield, Wise Package Studio, SCCM.
Expertise in performing Quality Check/Analysis on App Packages
Responsible for creating deployment packages for COTS and custom applications in an enterprise environment.
Able to Plan/Schedule/Deploy Applications using SCCM/Intune; Monitor/troubleshoot/mitigate any deployment issues
Deep knowledge on Operating system versions (Windows 7, Windows 10) & its configurations.
Expertise in VB Scripts, Batch Scripts, Wise Scripts and PowerShell scripts.
Sound knowledge on processes for Software Distribution processes and toolsets (Applications/Packages/MSIX packages) and App Catalogues.
Exposure to other SCCM features – Patching, Imaging/OSD
Good knowledge on PC and Application life cycle management, roadmaps.
Excellent knowledge on supported processes like Requirements gathering, Customer and Stakeholder communications
Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written including technical writing; with strong interpersonal skills
Flexible with Shifts (open for 24*7 support)
