職務内容：
日本における新規事業（スパ施設、Airbnb物件、その他今後のプロジェクト）の立ち上げ準備および日常運営管理を担当する。

Required Skills
応募資格：
1.中国語・日本語が流暢で、優れた聞く・話す・読む・書く能力およびビジネスコミュニケーション能力を有すること
2.3〜5年以上の関連実務経験があり、企業運営、行政管理、不動産管理、ホテル・サービス業などの経験者を優先
3.成熟したチームマネジメントおよびプロジェクトマネジメント経験を有すること
4.物件管理会社、サプライヤー、内装・施工業者、従業員、外部パートナーを主体的に調整できること
5.新規プロジェクトを計画・準備から本格稼働まで立ち上げた実務経験者を優先
6.日本の現地ビジネス環境および行政関連手続きに精通していること
7.複数プロジェクトを同時管理でき、独立した判断力・意思決定能力を有すること
8.優れた問題解決、コミュニケーション調整、組織・実行能力を有すること
9.成熟した落ち着きのある性格で、責任感が強く主体性があり、監督が少ない環境でも自立して業務を遂行できること
