Our client is seeking an SCM Manager or Assistant Manager to oversee supply chain management for a company operating in the industrial sector in Tokyo. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain operations for chemical, automotive, and electronics sectors
• Lead supplier relationship management and contract negotiations
• Oversee demand forecasting and inventory optimization processes
• Utilize ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for supply chain management
• Analyze supply chain data using Excel and BI tools to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Japanese regulatory and industry standards
• Manage logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain goals
• Develop supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to align supply and demand

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in supply chain management (mandatory)
• Fluent in Japanese and English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of chemical, automotive, or electronics supply chains
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle (preferred)
• Strong skills in demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Ability to analyze supply chain data using Excel or BI tools
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations
• Familiarity with logistics and distribution management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in Japan

応募条件：

• サプライチェーンマネジメントにおける5年以上の経験（必須）
• 日本語および英語に堪能であること（必須）
• 化学、自動車、または電子分野のサプライチェーンに関する知識
• SAPやOracleなどのERPシステムの使用経験（望ましい）
• 需要予測および在庫最適化に関する高いスキル
