Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Maintain production processes to ensure stable yield, efficiency, and product quality.
Troubleshoot production/process issues and support daily operations.
Improve and optimize production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor process parameters and equipment operating conditions.
Prepare and maintain process documents such as Process Flow, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, and WI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in Production, Operations, or Process Engineering.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Good command of English or Japanese.
