Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise daily Die Casting production to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
Control process parameters, machines, molds, and troubleshoot production issues.
Drive process improvement, reduce defects/scrap, and improve productivity.
Manage and support operators/technicians on the production line.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in Die Casting / Aluminum Die Casting / HPDC.
Good knowledge of Die Casting processes, machines, and troubleshooting.
Experience in team supervision and process improvement.
