Job Description
• Supervise daily machining operations and machining operators.
• Monitor production output, quality, and machine performance.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
• Support problem solving and process improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company regulations.
• Prepare basic production reports and KPI tracking.
Qualifications:
• Education: High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related
fields).
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering or a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in CAD 2D & 3D program.
• Knowledge of CNC cutting programs is essential.
• Other Qualities: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward continuous
improvement.
