精密樹脂成形品の製造を手掛ける日系メーカーです。
自動車部品や電子部品向け製品を中心に、金型設計から成形、組立まで一貫して対応しています。
品質認証を取得し、高精度な樹脂成形技術を強みとして事業を展開しています。
仕事内容：
金型設計エンジニアとして、お客様から提示される図面を読み解き、型構造を正確に理解。製品の精度を左右する修正箇所を見極め、
金型製作現場に対して「どこを」「どの機械で」「どう修正するか」を的確に指示する役割を担っていただきます。
＜具体的には＞
・顧客図面をもとにした金型構造の解析と設計
・樹脂特性を考慮したゲート・ランナー設計
・流動解析（CAE）を活用した成形条件の最適化
・金型製作現場への修正指示（研磨・放電加工・ワイヤーカットなど）
・トライショット立ち会いと、不具合発生時の原因究明・対策立案
応募資格：
・射出成形金型の設計・製作経験（業界歴10年以上が目安）
・金型構造を読み解き、修正箇所を特定できる実務能力
