Job Requirements
製造現場での業務経験(3～5 年程度)
フォークリフトの利用免許を有している方
企業理念・社員哲学に共感し、日々体現いただける方
安全・品質・食品安全を最優先する意識
多工程・多設備に対応する多能工化への挑戦
設備トラブルに対応する技術力と保全知識
計画を守り抜く確実な実行力とチーム連携
日本語能力（日本語検定 N2 以上）
日本、または日系企業での勤務経験
Key responsibilities
<主な業務内容>
① 製造準備・生産管理
生産計画や製造指示の確認
原料の手配・在庫確認
製造・充填記録の作成
生産スケジュールの調整
② 原料計量・調合原料の計量
配合に基づく調合作業
製造記録の管理
③ 製造・加工業務香料製品の製造
抽出、濃縮、蒸留などの工程作業
ろ過・分離設備の運転管理
製造設備の日常点検
④ 充填・包装製品の充填・包装作業
ラベル貼付および出荷準備
充填前の品質確認
生産実績データの入力
⑤ 衛生・品質管理タンク、設備、器具の洗浄
衛生基準に基づく作業管理
アレルゲン管理および品質確認
HACCP・食品安全ルールの遵守
