Job Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the Vietnam business operation, covering strategy execution, operational management, commercial growth, and team development.

• Take full ownership of local business performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, service quality, and growth objectives.

• Define and implement long-term market expansion plans while fostering a strong organizational culture.

• Oversee comprehensive overseas education consultancy services, focusing on study pathways in the UK, US, and Hong Kong.

• Provide tailored academic and admission strategies to families based on individual student profiles and aspirations.

• Develop strategic partnerships with schools, educational organizations, referral channels, and other key stakeholders.

• Enhance market visibility through business development initiatives, branding activities, and partnership engagement programs.

• Identify market opportunities and introduce new consulting solutions and service offerings relevant to local demand.

• Build and maintain a strong network across domestic and international education communities.

• Lead talent acquisition, coaching, and performance management for future team members.

• Drive service innovation and continuously improve client experience through technology and process enhancements.

• Act as the key representative and spokesperson for the organization within the Vietnam market.

• Mentor students throughout their academic preparation and admission journey, including interview readiness and personal development guidance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; overseas education background, particularly from a UK institution, is highly advantageous.

• Approximately 10 years or more of experience within international education advisory, student placement, or related sectors, including leadership responsibilities.

• Demonstrated success in guiding students toward admission to highly ranked schools and universities

• Proven experience managing a significant portfolio of clients and delivering successful outcomes for families seeking overseas education opportunities.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead an operation independently and drive business growth.

• Excellent people management, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience creating processes, frameworks, and scalable service models is preferred.

• Professional-level English communication skills; Vietnamese fluency is required.

• Established industry network and personal brand within the education sector would be an asset.

• Coaching, mentoring, or student development experience is desirable.
