JAC's client is hiring QA Team Leader/ Manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 3 years of management experience in a similar position.
Good communication skills in English.
Knowledge of ISO and IATF management systems and audit requirements.
Experience in coordinating internal audits and driving shop-floor improvement activities.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards, and customer requirements.
Ensure product quality during mass production.
Manage supplier changes and internal engineering/process changes.
Support the Deputy General Director in monitoring KPI progress.
Support Japanese management in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
Follow up and verify the implementation of corrective actions resulting from customer audits.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
