Job Description
Our client, MNC Based Company in Johore, looking for suitable candidates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce equipment failures and maintenance costs.
Lead engineering projects, including equipment upgrades, plant expansions, automation, and process improvements.
Ensure engineering designs, specifications, and installations comply with regulatory and company standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Valid Chargeman B0 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (mandatory).
At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Experience in chemical or continuous process manufacturing industries is preferred
