営業組織全体のマネジメントを担い、売上・収益の最大化を推進する重要なポジションです。
営業部門と製造部門をつなぐハブとして、組織横断的な調整や業務改善をリードしていただきます。
経営層へのレポーティングやチームマネジメントを通じて、事業成長に直接貢献できるやりがいのある環境です。
職務内容
営業メンバーの売上および業績管理
営業メンバーへの指導・フォローアップ
売掛金回収管理および関連会議の運営
顧客訪問による関係構築および状況把握
営業部門と製造部門の連携推進および会議運営
生産キャパシティを考慮した受注管理
工場の稼働状況把握、定例会議運営、経営陣へのレポーティング

組織横断的な調整業務の経験
社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを図れる方
海外環境での勤務に柔軟に対応できる方
多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーとの協業に前向きな方
英語での社内コミュニケーションが可能な方
