このポジションでは、既存顧客アカウントの管理を通じて売上拡大を推進していただきます。顧客との関係構築、見積対応、課題解決および社内関係部門との連携を担いながら、営業目標の達成と顧客満足度の向上に貢献いただくポジションです
職務内容
既存顧客からの見積依頼（RFQ）への対応および適切な価格見積の作成
担当顧客の売掛金回収に関する課題について経理部門と連携して対応
月次営業会議において顧客アカウントの最新営業状況を報告
顧客責任による滞留在庫や陳腐化在庫に関する費用回収の実施
顧客要求事項について経営層、技術部門、カスタマーサポートおよび関連部門との調整・連携
顧客からのサンプル依頼の管理および受注前の進捗管理
担当顧客アカウントに基づく年間営業予算の策定
競合他社の動向および業界トレンドの把握
製品プロモーション活動の支援および展示会・技術イベントへの参加
新規顧客口座開設時の与信限度額や支払条件の設定について経理部門と連携
その他関連業務への対応
応募資格
学士号以上を有する方（工学系学位歓迎）
英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル
営業またはマーケティング分野で5年以上の実務経験
優れたコミュニケーション能力
問題解決能力
Microsoft 365の使用経験
指示内容を理解し、適切に実行できる能力
歓迎要件
技術系製品の営業経験
国際ビジネスまたは貿易取引の経験
