ロンドンのクリエイティブチームに加わる、経験豊富なプロデューサーを募集しています。
動画、写真、デジタルコンテンツなど、高品質なコンテンツ制作プロジェクトの企画、調整、進行および納品を担当していただきます。
シニアメンバーと連携しながら、プロジェクトの企画・ブリーフィングから最終納品までを管理し、納期・予算を遵守しつつ、高いクリエイティブおよび技術水準で制作物を完成させることが求められます。
主な業務内容：
• 動画、写真、デジタルコンテンツ制作プロジェクトを、ブリーフィングから最終納品まで管理
• 大規模または複雑な制作プロジェクトにおいて、シニアメンバーをサポート
• フリーランスの制作スタッフ、外部サプライヤー、社内関係者との調整
• 制作スケジュール、コールシート、その他の制作関連書類の作成
• 撮影場所、制作スタッフ、機材、サプライヤーの手配・調整
応募要件：
• 動画、写真、またはクリエイティブ制作における3～5年以上の実務経験
• プロダクションにおける一連の制作工程を管理した経験
• 制作ワークフローに関する十分な理解
• 優れた組織力およびプロジェクトマネジメント能力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる能力
• ビジネスレベル上級の日本語・英語力
