大手食品メーカーのアジアパシフィック地域統括拠点として、アジア各国への販売・事業拡大を担っています。
アジアパシフィック約13カ国の販売代理店（ディストリビューター）を通じて事業を展開しており、今後さらなる事業拡大を見据え、各国ディストリビューターとの関係強化および販売拡大を推進いただく営業メンバーを募集します。
業務内容：
※担当エリアはアジアパシフィック地域約13カ国となり、グローバルな環境で活躍いただけます。
- アジア各国ディストリビューターとの関係構築・販売促進
- 売上拡大に向けた営業戦略の立案・実行
- 販売実績の分析および需要予測
- 各国市場における販売計画の策定
- 新商品の導入提案および販促施策の立案
- 日本本社との各種調整・報告
- 中国・台湾の供給元を含むサプライチェーン関連業務
- 輸出入に関する貿易実務および関連書類の対応
- 出張による各国ディストリビューター訪問

Required Skills
必須要件：
- 4年制大卒以上
- 英語ビジネスレベル以上 （シンガポールをはじめとする海外ディストリビューターと円滑に商談・交渉が行え るレベル）
- 食品メーカーまたはFMCG業界での営業経験
- 海外ディストリビューター向け営業経験
- 貿易実務に関する基本的な知識・理解
- 海外での就業経験者
歓迎要件：
- アジア市場向け営業経験
