まずはカスタマーサービス（内勤営業）として国際輸送の手配・調整業務を担当（最初は2・3社程）。業界知識や業務フローを習得いただいた後、1年程度を目安に外勤営業として顧客折衝・提案業務をお任せします。
■詳細
≪入社後すぐお任せする業務≫
・受注案件の確認、海外出発～日本到着までの輸送スケジュール全般の確認・管理
・海外代理店からのスペース確保状況・フライトスケジュール等の情報を把握し、輸送手配内容を整理
・海外代理店との日程・書類（インボイス等）に関するやり取り
・顧客および社内の通関・配送担当部署との連絡・調整
・輸送状況の進捗管理、必要に応じた請求・コスト管理のサポート
