【業務内容】
海外営業部門の責任者として、営業1課・営業2課・業務課の統括および事業拡大に向けた営業戦略の推進をお任せします。
【部署詳細】
当部門では、印刷用ブランケットおよび産業機械用ロール製品を国内外の顧客へ提供しております。
営業1課では主に機械用ロールおよび特注品を中心とした直販営業を担い、顧客・メーカーとの仕様調整から提案、販売までを担当しています。
営業2課ではブランケット製品を中心に海外現地法人の事業運営支援・管理を担っています。

本ポジションでは各組織のマネジメントに加え、製造・技術・品質保証など社内関連部署との連携を図りながら、部門全体の業績向上と組織強化を推進していただきます。
