【職務内容】
光コネクタ製品のグローバル生産企画業務（需要予測、海外拠点の生産計画立案等）をお任せいたします。世界的な生成AIへの投資活発化によって、データセンター需要拡大・光コネクタ製品の需要も高まっております。
【業務詳細】
■海外調達/海外拠点管理（主にベトナム・中国・北米等）
■営業部・販売会社と連携、自社システムを用いた需要予測/分析
■需要予測を基にした生産計画の企画、生産戦略の立案
■海外拠点への生産管理システムの導入及び操作性等のレクチャー

【必須要件】
■TOEIC550点以上（英語に抵抗のない方）※海外拠点との間で英語を使用した会議、打合せがあります。
■論理的思考力
■関係各所と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながらプロジェクトを推進する力
【いずれか必須】
■製造業における生産企画、SCM関連、営業等の業務のご経験
■事業会社における事業企画や製造業に関係のある業務経験
■Excelスキル中級レベル（SUM、IF、VLOOKUP、SUMIF、COUNTIF関数を使ってのデータ整理・計算）
