【主な業務内容】
・不動産部門からのプロジェクト引き継ぎを受け、予算とスケジュールを策定
・社内の各部門と連携し、コスト・施工計画を調整
・複数プロジェクトに同時対応し、進捗・納期を管理
・テスラの建設契約内容を正確に理解し遵守
・プロジェクトコスト・労務費を管理し、調達チームと連携して資材・設備を手配

【Role】
Tesla has an opening for a Construction Project Manager to lead the construction of new Sales Service and Delivery sites as we expand our fleet throughout Japan. This individual is the main driver of success and will be accountable for the safety financial performance internal coordination and oversight of the general contractor on projects. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the subcontractors stakeholders architect engineers and senior leadership within Tesla.
Meanwhile this position require responsibility for daily maintenance management and renovation of the store. The candidates should have the awareness and ability to manage the entire life cycle of tesla store.

【Responsibilities】
・ Receive review and ascertain the real estate handoff of each project to establish a project budget and schedule
・ Coordinate all cost and build efforts with internal business partners
・ Drive and track progress on multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously and ensure completion within prescribed timelines
・ Maintain a thorough understanding of the Tesla contract construction provisions
・ Monitor project costs cost reporting project labor and work closely with the Procurement team to review and request materials and project equipment
・ Implement and monitor training of all staff personnel
・ Lead the project quality assurance process
・ Develop schedule and drive project close out processes
・ Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors subcontractors production teams and Tesla stakeholders （globally） to represent Tesla core values
・ Implement and enforce all applicable Safety Programs
・ Be capable of working independently under high pressure
・ Team management skill

■応募資格・条件
１．商業施設またはリテール施設の建設に関する実務経験が6年以上ある方
２．建設マネジメント、工学、または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方
３．契約管理、予算管理、図面管理、変更指示（Change Order）、工程管理、RFI、申請書類（Submittals）、資材調達など、建設管理業務に精通している方
４．日本語・英語力
５．普通自動車運転免許
