同社の中国法人へ駐在いただき、縦型・横型マシニングセンタを用いた治具設計、加工プログラム作成、試作開発、および現地スタッフへの技術指導・品質管理をご担当いただきます。入社後一定期間は出張ベースで対応いただく可能性がございます。
【具体的な仕事内容】
■技術開発・試作業務
・縦型・横型マシニングセンタの治具設計
・加工プログラムの作成および試作対応
・生産プロセスにおける各種改善活動
・現地のマネジメント
■技術指導
・試作開発完了後、現地作業員への技術指導・育成
・現場の品質管理・オペレーション改善
現地法人 常熟祥博精密機械有限公司（江蘇省常熟経済開発区馬橋路6 20）では、砂型自硬性鋳物・低圧鋳物・重圧鋳物などの鋳物装置や、立形マシニングセンタ・横形マシニングセンタ等の機械加工装置があり、鋳造×加工の一貫生産を行うことが出来ます。
