HRIS導入プロジェクト参画と展開の牽引
・グローバル共通のHRISおよび業務プロセスをASCA地域に適合させた上で、地域内グループ各社への適用・定着を推進する
HRIS ProcessのリードとしてHRISを安定運用し、変革を推進
・グローバル地域全体の導入ロードマップの立案・推進を主導する
・グループ会社HR責任者に対し、HRISの活用・運用に関するガイダンス・アドバイスを提供する
・HRアナリティクス・レポーティング機能の設計・運用を主導する
・データドリブンなHR意思決定を支援するインサイトを提供する
・ローカル、リージョナル、グローバルのステークホルダーと効果的なパートナーシップを構築する

・HRIS・HR Tech領域における実務経験
・複雑なシステムインテグレーション（他システムとのデータ連携）の管理経験
・多国籍・多文化環境でのステークホルダーマネジメント経験
経験 スキル〈尚可〉
・グローバル人事ITシステムの導入経験（SuccessFactors、Oracle HCM、Workday等のクラウドシステム含む）
・欧米以外の複数国にまたがるグループ会社のHRISを横断的に管理・運用した経験
・大規模プロジェクトのデリバリー経験
・人事システム導入に関するコンサル経験
・海外での就業経験
資格身分行動特性など〈必須〉
・英語による書面・口頭を問わないコミュニケーション力
・多様な視点・情報から適切に判断するバランス感覚

・TOEIC750点以上
