・コンプライアンス施策の企画・推進（浸透施策、Operation整備、ポータル構築等）
・海外拠点を含むグローバルコンプライアンス体制の整備・運営
・コンプライアンス研修や啓発活動の企画・実施・トレース
・動画コンテンツや社内ポータルを活用した情報発信
・法令改正や事業環境の変化に対応した社内規程・ルールの整備
・不正・不祥事防止に向けた施策の企画、リスク分析および改善提案
・経営層向け報告資料の作成
・国内外の関係部署との調整・コミュニケーション
・株主総会の企画・準備・運営、株式管理

コンプライアンス施策浸透のため、国内・海外サイトへの出張の可能性があります。
