【必須要件】
・事業会社またはコンサルでの IT戦略／BRM／ポートフォリオ・プログラム管理いずれかの実務経験
・経営層／事業側との 合意形成／ファシリテーション・ドキュメント作成スキル
・日本語／英語による資料作成／会議運営（ビジネスレベル）
・論点を1枚”に要約できる構造化思考（論点設定・選択肢設計・推奨の明確化）
【希望要件】
・実行前のプロジェクト構想・計画段階からの推進経験
・経営層との直接的なコミュニケーション経験（経営目線でのメッセージング、伝わるOutputスキル）
・大規模PM/PLとしてグローバルプロジェクトを推進した経験、またはプロジェクト管理標準の策定経験
・海外グループ会社含むグローバルでのプロジェクト推進経験または海外拠点との業務経験（異文化理解力）
・様々な最新技術、業界動向への迅速なフォロースキル
・組織運営に携わった経験あれば、尚良し
・医療・ヘルスケア分野への関心と社会貢献意欲
