■職務概要
海外の現地店舗での人材教育・運営・出店推進メインに担当いただきます。
■入社後について
・入社後半年～1年：国内や海外で研修を受け、店舗運営
・海外での業務：現地従業員の採用・教育・指導や店舗運営全般 ・海外子会社の運営管理、新規業態の立ち上げ、メニュー開発、商材調達 ・現地パートナー企業との連携、新規出店サポートを担当
※ゆくゆくは新たな国・地域でのパートナー開拓もご担当いただきます。
