同社営業2部にて、中国造船所向けに船舶用工業製品の営業業務をお任せします。課長としてご入社いただき、将来の部長候補として、組織全体のマネジメント、営業戦略の策定、数値管理、メンバー育成を担当いただきます。
■中国の大手造船所に対する船舶用機器の価格交渉および重要商談の主導
■現地の設計や品質保証部門との直接折衝および案件完遂のリード
■営業2部の組織運営、指導、数値管理
■中国（南通・大連等）への長期出張に伴う現地での商談および仕様調整
■中長期的な営業戦略の策定・新規開拓を含めた日中ビジネスの深耕
