● 監査計画の立案から改善提案、フォローアップまでを一貫してリード
● 海外現地法人や経営層と連携し、グローバルなガバナンス強化を支援

● 内部監査部門の中核人材として、監査品質の向上と業務高度化を推進する
● 部門長を支える課長として、国内外の監査案件をリードする

●管理職経験
以下いずれかのご経験がある方
・管理職経験3年以上（部下の人事評価含む）
・管理職不在時の代行として、同業務を行っていた方
【尚可要件】
● CIA（公認内部監査人）、取得に向けて学習中の方も歓迎
● 海外子会社監査やグローバル監査の経験
● 監査業務の高度化、DX推進、人材育成の経験
