Vehicle Testing Engineer – Japan

Location: Tsukuba, Japan
Employment: Full-time
Experience: 5–6 years (Automotive domain)

Strong hands-on vehicle testing experience.
Perform vehicle-level testing and validation for automotive systems, with a focus on ADAS features.
Plan, execute, and document ADAS testing activities on test vehicles and analyze test results.
Identify, troubleshoot, and support root-cause analysis of vehicle/system-level issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support test planning, defect tracking, validation, and reporting.
Hold a valid Japanese driving license and be comfortable driving test vehicles in Japan.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Automotive, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Language: Japanese JLPT N3 or above; ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders.
Location/Reporting: Tsukuba, Japan; reporting to the Business Unit in India/Japan.
