このポジションでは、需要予測から在庫管理、調達、物流、配送までサプライチェーン全体を統括し、オペレーション効率の向上と事業成長を支える役割を担っていただきます。国内外の関連部門と連携しながら、サプライチェーン戦略の立案・実行を推進していただきます。
職務内容
サプライチェーン全体の戦略立案および運営
需要予測の作成・分析および在庫最適化
ERPおよびサプライチェーン管理システムの活用・改善
サプライヤーマネジメントおよび関係構築
物流計画・配送管理
輸送コストおよび物流費の最適化
KPI設定、分析および改善施策の推進
社内外パートナーとのプロジェクト管理
チームメンバーの育成および組織マネジメント
応募資格
サプライチェーン、物流、在庫管理、需要計画等の分野で5年以上の経験
チームマネジメント経験
ERPまたは在庫管理システムの使用経験
データ分析および問題解決能力
Excelによる分析スキル（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等）
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
歓迎要件
SAP、Oracle、NetSuite等のERPシステムの利用経験
輸入・貿易業務経験
EC物流またはオムニチャネル領域での経験
サプライチェーン関連資格保有者
中国語スキル
勤務地 カリフォルニア州パサデナ
雇用形態 契約社員（将来的な正社員登用の可能性あり）
給与 USD80,000-130,000（経験やスキルによる）

月曜日～金曜日／オンサイト勤務
