日系企業にて、北アフリカ地域における事業運営を統括いただく支店長（管理職）を募集しております。
支店運営全般のマネジメントに加え、顧客対応や営業活動、入札案件の管理、契約交渉など、事業拡大に向けた幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。現地スタッフのマネジメントを含め、地域戦略の立案・実行をリードしていただく重要なポジションです。
主な業務内容支店運営全般の管理および事業計画の遂行
既存顧客との関係構築・維持、および新規顧客開拓
顧客訪問を含む営業活動
入札案件の管理、提案書作成および契約交渉
売上・予算・収益管理
現地スタッフのマネジメントおよび組織運営
本社および関係部署との連携・調整
各種レポーティング業務
北アフリカ地域内における国内出張
メーカー、商社、または関連業界での実務経験
日本語ビジネスレベル上級
英語およびフランス語ビジネスレベル
マネジメント経験をお持ちの方
高いコミュニケーション能力および交渉力をお持ちの方
多文化環境において主体的に業務を推進できる方
社会人経験10年以上
海外駐在経験
海外拠点の立ち上げ・運営経験
北アフリカ地域におけるビジネス経験
事業視点を持ちながら組織運営を推進できる方
自ら課題を発見し、解決に向けて行動できる方
現地スタッフや顧客との信頼関係を構築できる方
