PR/096233 | Production Control Staff

The Production Control Staff role is responsible for managing the assigned product line and ensuring smooth daily production operations. The position oversees finished goods, raw materials, and components, coordinates material and spare-parts procurement, and ensures on-time delivery to customers. The role also involves monitoring production performance, maintaining accurate data on AS400 and MES systems, and collaborating with internal teams to support operational efficiency and business objectives.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the assigned product line in production in the company.

Management of Finished Products, Raw Materials, Components.

Guarantee the delivery of goods on time of customers.

Contact to order raw materials, spare parts for production.

Perform operations on AS 400 system, MES.

Manage the daily production performance of the assigned product line.

Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
 

REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from a university with majors related to economics and engineering.

At least 1 year of experience in business or management-related fields.

Good communication skills in English or Japanese (JLPT N3 or above).

Strong cooperative spirit, high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork skills.

Careful and responsible in collecting and managing information/data.

Working schedule: Monday to Friday (7:45 AM – 4:30 PM, including a 45-minute lunch break).
