Position: Warehouse & Transportation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse and transportation operations. 

• Oversee inbound, outbound, and storage activities to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. 

• Develop transportation plans and manage delivery schedules. 

• Monitor inventory accuracy and lead stock count activities. 

• Analyze warehouse productivity and implement process improvements. 

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and transportation team members. 

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and logistics regulations. 

• Coordinate closely with customers, airlines, customs brokers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders. 

• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality. 

• Prepare operational reports, KPI analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

• Manage workforce planning and resource allocation to support business objectives. 

• Control operational costs while maintaining service excellence.

Working hours

• Working Days: Monday to Friday 

• Working Hours: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and transportation operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation management, and inventory control.

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics services, or the air cargo industry.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Experience working in a freight forwarding company, logistics service provider, airline cargo operation, warehouse operation, or transportation management environment.

• Experience managing large operational teams.

• Knowledge of Free Zone and customs-related processes is an advantage.

• Intermediate-level English communication skills or above.
