Overview: Our client is a Japanese ICT solution provider, providing IT solution. Operating business over 20 years.
Description
Analyze client business objectives and propose suitable software license, cloud service to customers
Support customer during initial setup and ongoing usage of products and services
Work as a point of contact for customers and maintain relationships for long-term
Proactively analyze users/customers' satisfaction to identify issues if occur and upsell opportunities and maximize retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical team, Partners to support customer issues
Drive account growth and retention, handling contract renewals and license tracking to upsell or cross-sell options
Set regular customer meetings, business reviews and workshop to deliver continuous value and foster long-term success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 2 years of work experiences in Software Sales, Software Product/ Solution Sales, Retention, Account Manager, Customer Success
- Demonstrated track record of customer account management, renewals
- Strong knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, license renewals), Cloud service
- Experience in working with B2B environment and working from SI company
- Good English skill (Work with foreigner)
- Good communication and relationship-building skill
