職務内容倉庫全体の運営・管理
現地スタッフの採用、教育、評価を含むマネジメント
作業効率、品質、安全性向上に向けた施策の立案および実行
本社との連携および各種レポーティング業務
KPI管理および継続的な改善活動の推進
顧客先倉庫を含む物流現場でのオペレーション管理
必要に応じた新規顧客開拓活動
倉庫管理または物流業務経験3年以上
チームマネジメント経験
英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（日常会話レベル以上）
長期的に海外でキャリア形成を希望される方
海外就業経験をお持ちの方歓迎
物流業界での実務経験をお持ちの方歓迎
