Conduct audits across business, trading, and corporate support functions.
Plan and deliver audits from start to finish, including fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
Review processes and controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Prepare clear audit documentation, findings, and reports in Japanese and English.
Monitor audit issues and follow up on agreed corrective actions.
Lead audit projects, managing timelines, resources, and overall delivery.
Work with stakeholders to discuss audit results, align on findings, and agree action plans.

3+ years of audit experience within a Big Four firm or a large financial institution.
Experience leading audit assignments and managing audits from planning through to completion.
Strong written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Business-level verbal communication skills, particularly for those leading audit projects.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgement.
CPA, CIA, CMA, or similar professional certifications are beneficial.
