Lead internal audits across finance and accounting teams.
Plan and carry out audits, including testing, reviews and reporting.
Assess processes and controls to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Prepare audit documentation and reports in Japanese and English.
Follow up on audit issues and track remediation progress.
Manage audit projects, timelines, resources and team deliverables.
Work closely with business stakeholders and global audit teams to discuss findings and agree improvement actions.

8+ years of audit experience within Big Four or a large financial institution.
At least 3 years of experience managing audit projects, including planning, resource allocation and progress tracking.
Experience leading audits from planning through to completion.
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
CPA, CIA, CMA or similar professional qualifications are an advantage.
