Job Description
- Coordinate and support branch compliance initiatives in alignment with Head Office.
- Provide clear, practical compliance advice to business teams on regulatory matters.
- Maintain and improve compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Lead AML/CFT/Sanctions frameworks, including policies and system setup.
- Monitor AML systems, manage alerts, and ensure effective controls.
- Prepare and review AML reports, including regulatory filings and STRs.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and Head Office, escalating key issues and supporting projects.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of financial regulations and industry practices.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Native-level Japanese and business level English
