- Ensure compliance with asset management laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor departmental compliance and provide guidance as needed.
- Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
- Manage KYC and anti-money laundering processes independently.
- Conduct regular compliance checks on sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare and submit internal and external compliance reports.
- Support FSA licensing and training compliance processes.
- Maintain contracts, legal records, and internal policies.

- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
- Native-level Japanese and business level English
