Aerospace Manufacturing | Future Leadership Role

As a partner company to a major heavy-industry manufacturer, we manufacture components for the aerospace and railway industries. Building on the technical expertise we have developed over many years and the strong relationships of trust we have established with our customers, we continue to steadily expand our existing business.

We are currently seeing growing opportunities for further business expansion, particularly in the aerospace sector, including overseas markets. While leveraging our established business foundation, we are entering an important phase in which we are taking on the challenge of expanding into new markets and business areas.

For this position, we are seeking a future executive candidate who will play a key role in driving the company’s business growth in the years ahead.

After joining the company, you will first gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing environment, developing a solid foundation in manufacturing as well as knowledge of the industry and our products. You will then gain experience across a wide range of areas related to the company’s business operations, including managing existing business operations, planning and developing new business initiatives, securing customer orders, production management, and quality management.

In the future, you will be expected to leverage both your previous experience and the knowledge and skills gained after joining the company to become a key member of the organization, driving the development of new customers and markets in Japan and overseas and contributing to further business expansion.

Start by “understanding the manufacturing floor” and ultimately progress to a position where you “drive the business.”

Required Skills & Experience

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach and actively engage in work on the manufacturing floor
• Ability to communicate effectively with people in different positions, including manufacturing staff, managers, and customers
• Ability to explain in your own words what you have accomplished in your professional career and what your strengths are

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in international business or working with overseas counterparts
• Broad experience across areas such as new business planning, business development, sales, production management, and quality management
