Full-Stack Technical Consultant | Tokyo
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer / Technical Consultant who can combine hands-on development with business requirements, customer communication and solution design.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with Japanese business stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements
- Translate business ideas into PoC / MVP solutions
- Design and develop full-stack applications, APIs and cloud-based solutions
- Apply AI / GenAI, automation or other emerging technologies where appropriate
- Prepare solution architecture, data flow and integration approaches
- Coordinate with offshore engineering teams and internal stakeholders
- Present prototypes/demos to customers and incorporate feedback

- Experience in Retail / E-commerce / Consumer-facing projects
- Experience in business requirements, consulting, solution design or customer-facing roles
- Experience developing PoC / Prototype / MVP / Demo solutions
- Practical exposure to AI / GenAI / ML / automation
- Japanese communication skills at N1/N2 level or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
