JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join a newly established luxury resale business in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the founding team and work closely with an experienced Japanese management team in a growing international environment.

Whether you have experience in luxury resale, luxury retail, fashion, watches, jewellery, hospitality, or customer service, we welcome your application.  

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.

• Respond to customer enquiries through online and offline channels.

• Support marketing and promotional activities.

• Coordinate repair arrangements for purchased luxury products when required.

• Manage and update inventory records in the company's system.

• Assist with daily store operations and administrative duties.

• Support the growth and development of the new retail business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.

• Outgoing, proactive, and adaptable personality.

• Detail-oriented and able to perform meticulous work.

• Comfortable working in a retail environment.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Experience in luxury retail, luxury resale, watches, jewellery, fashion retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
