職務概要
このポジションでは、米国不動産開発事業における会計・業績管理業務の中核メンバーとして、関連会社およびプロジェクトの財務管理、決算対応、本社向けレポーティング、複雑な会計論点への対応を担い、経営判断に必要な情報提供と内部統制強化を推進いただきます。
職務内容
月次・四半期・年次の業績管理および財務分析
決算関連資料および本社向け報告資料の作成・レビュー
案件別P/L、B/S、キャッシュフローなどの分析
JV会計、持分法会計、連結調整等の複雑な会計処理への対応
外部会計アドバイザーや監査法人との連携
減損、売却、リファイナンス等の特殊案件における会計・財務面のサポート
経営会議資料、予算・見通し資料の作成
業務フロー改善および内部統制強化支援
その他関連業務
応募資格
会計、財務、FP&A、経営管理、監査、会計アドバイザリー、コンサルティング等の経験
財務諸表および決算業務に関する知識
英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力
日本語によるレポーティング能力
Excel、PowerPoint、Wordを活用した分析・資料作成能力
歓迎要件
US GAAP、J-GAAP、IFRSに関する知識
USCPAまたは同等レベルの会計知識
連結会計、JV会計、持分法会計の経験
不動産・投資関連事業での経験
勤務地 テキサス州ダラス ※その他応相談
