このポジションでは、米国における不動産投資・開発案件のポートフォリオ管理およびアセットマネジメント業務を担当し、既存案件の運営管理やリスク管理、新規投資案件の評価・推進、本社向けレポーティングを通じて事業成長と投資収益の最大化を支援します。
職務内容
既存不動産投資案件の進捗、財務状況、リーシング、売却、リファイナンス等の管理
アセットマネージャー、JVパートナー、金融機関等との調整および情報収集
新規不動産投資・開発案件の事業性評価および案件推進
市場分析、事業計画、財務モデル等のレビュー
投資提案書および社内承認資料の作成
リスク管理および案件管理資料の作成・更新
月次・四半期業績レポートの作成
本社および社内関係部署との連携・調整
投資関連資料や契約書等の管理
その他関連業務全般
応募資格
不動産投資、開発、アセットマネジメント、ファイナンス、会計、投資銀行、コンサルティング等の実務経験
財務分析・事業計画・市場分析への理解
Excel、PowerPoint、Wordによる高い資料作成能力
英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力
日本語によるレポーティング能力
複数案件を同時管理できる方
関係者と協働しながら主体的に業務を推進できる方
歓迎要件
不動産JV、融資、リファイナンス、売却、減損等に関する知識
