欧州法人の事業拡大に伴い、初期メンバーとしてSales Engineerを募集いたします。スタートアップフェーズの環境で、営業と技術の両面から事業成長を牽引いただく重要なポジションです。
Sales Engineerとして、欧州市場におけるSLS 3Dプリンティングソリューションの提案活動および技術サポートを担当いただきます。
主な業務内容
SLS方式3Dプリンターおよび関連材料の技術提案・営業活動
顧客要件のヒアリングおよび最適なソリューション提案
顧客向けデモンストレーションや技術プレゼンテーションの実施
テスト造形のサポートおよび評価結果の説明
顧客導入時の技術支援およびアプリケーションサポート
展示会・セミナー・技術イベントでの製品紹介 （例：Formnext、Rapid + TCTなど）
日本本社の開発・技術チームとの連携
市場動向・顧客ニーズの収集およびフィードバック
欧州法人立ち上げに伴う各種業務への参画
応募要件
【必須要件】 ※下記の条件をすべて満たす方
SLS方式3Dプリンターに関する実務経験をお持ちの方 （メーカー、販売代理店、サービスビューロー等での経験歓迎）
Additive Manufacturing（積層造形）分野における技術的知見を有する方
顧客との技術的なディスカッションや提案活動ができる方
ビジネスレベルの英語力
ドイツ国内での就労資格をお持ちの方
欧州域内および顧客先への出張が可能な方
SLS以外の3Dプリンティング技術 （MJF、SLM/DMLS、FDM、SLA等）の知識
自動車、航空宇宙、産業機械、医療機器業界向けの営業・技術サポート経験
CADソフトウェアやAM設計（DfAM）に関する知識
日本語またはドイツ語のビジネスレベル能力
新規拠点立ち上げやスタートアップ環境での業務経験
自ら考え行動できる高い主体性をお持ちの方
営業と技術の両面から顧客課題解決に取り組める方
少人数組織において幅広い業務に柔軟に対応できる方
グローバルな環境でチャレンジしたい方
